Those are the skills I have to learn or at least to understand while selling jewellery at the retail and online store. I did it because I’m passionate about business development, jewellery and digital marketing. Of course, I’m still learning and testing new skills. This process never ends. I already doing it for 11 years, and every year something new appears. However, don’t be scared of those skills, those are just my observation, and it’s very hard to find an expert that understands all of them. In conclusion, learn and outsource everything you are not good.
