How to measure Advertising Effectiveness

The Effectiveness of an advertising campaign is measured by its ability to attract the highest possible percentage of people from the targeted audience and pay the lowest possible cost for their further actions.

The ability to attract is measured by the CTR percentage of people clicking on advertising divided by the number of impressions.

As a rule, the higher the CTR percentage or, the more people it attracts, the less you will pay for further actions such as cost per click, cost per add to cart, cost per checkout, cost per client acquisition, etc. (See examples in the video)

Don’t forget that what gets measured gets improved!
